Contact and support

Last updated 14 October 2026

Email hello@podmaniac.com from the address on your account, and include the show's feed address and, if it is about an episode, the episode title. A screenshot of any message you saw helps a lot.

PlanSupport
BasicThese help articles and the assistant in the Support screen. Account and billing problems are always answered by email.
SmartEmail, answered within 48 hours on working days.
ProEmail, answered within 24 hours on working days.
StudioPriority email, answered within 24 hours on working days, ahead of other requests.

We are in New Zealand, so "working days" are New Zealand ones; messages sent on a Friday evening in Europe or America are usually answered on Monday morning, your time.

Ask the assistant first

Signed in, the Support button in the dashboard opens with an assistant at the top. Ask it your question: it answers from these articles and can see your plan, your podcasts and the state of your episodes, so it can tell you why an episode has not appeared or when your trial ends. It is automated and can be wrong, and it cannot change anything on your account. When it cannot help, it passes the conversation to a person, or click Send this to a person yourself; the request then arrives with the conversation attached. Each account can send the assistant 40 messages a day and 80 a month.

Write to us here

Signed in? Use the Support button in the dashboard instead: your request arrives with your account and podcast attached, and you can read our reply there. Otherwise, this form reaches the same desk.

Billing questions

Payments, invoices and refunds are handled through Polar, our reseller. The Manage payment and invoices button in Billing opens your Polar page, and Polar's own support is linked on every receipt. You can also email us and we will sort it out with them.

Something broken?

If the dashboard shows a message you did not expect, send us its exact wording. If an episode is not appearing in an app, note that apps check feeds on their own schedule; an hour is normal, and Apple can take longer.
