Team members and roles

From the Smart plan up you can invite people to a podcast. Each person has their own login and a role on the show.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including inviting people, billing and removing the podcast. The person who created the podcast. |
| Editor | Run the show: episodes, publishing, show settings, sponsor messages, distribution. Not inviting people or removing the podcast. |
| Viewer | See the stats only. Good for a sponsor or a co host who only wants the numbers. |
Inviting
In Show settings, under People on this show, enter the email address, choose the role and send. They receive an invitation link, set a password and land on the show. Invitations count as people until they are accepted or expire after 14 days.
How many people
Basic: the owner only. Smart: 3 people per podcast. Pro: 5. Studio: 50. The count includes open invitations.
Changing or removing
The owner can change a role or remove a person from the same list. A removed person loses access at once; nothing they published changes.
